Alzaia apartament

Alzaia apartment is a small ground-floor unit within a standalone building complex located in an agricultural park. It faces the Naviglio Pavese on one side and the park on the other. To emphasize visual connection between these sides, the windows were redesigned in larch wood to include an inhabited window facing the street and a large openable one toward the private garden. Internally, the layout was reconfigured with the creation of a small mezzanine in white concrete polished with Carrara stone aggregates
